Not likely fuel pump but more likely bad wires, heres a quick test, take a spray bottle with just water, make sure it is cleaned of any chemicles before using this. While the vehicle is running spray water on the cap, on the wires, and on the coil, when you hit what is causing the problem it will start to run rough, you may also see a spark or hear the spark. If nothing happens then we would need to go further with more tests.
